Raegan Hiles, Head of Programme, HE Global
Raegan leads the UK Higher Education International Unit's work on TNE. She heads up the HEGlobal programme, a joint initiative between the International Unit and the British Council to empower UK universities' transnational education activity. Recently, Raegan oversaw delivery of a major research project into the scale and scope of UK HE TNE. The census and findings delivered by WECD, report in spring 2016. Prior to joining the International Unit, Raegan managed the national UK Student Services Organisation, providing policy advice and input for government and universities on the student experience. She has worked across HE in a university, a funding council a professional sector grouping and Universities UK.
