Abstract

This piece is broken into two separate Steps events and personal experiences from them both. One from a CD signing In September, then a tour date at which the author was right by the side of the stage a few months later.

  • Abi Tinker

    Abi wrote this piece for her Life Writing module during in her final year. When starting her university journey in September 2019 she started on the Media and English course. However, after feeling uncomfortable which this course in the first few weeks over the Christmas period, she moved onto the English with Creative Writing course. The life writing module was her favourite module throughout the three years partly due to the opportunities it afforded in terms of subject matter. Abi will begin postgraduate studies in the new academic year.
